Jagdish works with Voluntary Organization for social work / environment.He has learnt and still learning techniques taught by Shri Siddhartha Gautama. He is good at Policy Deployment /Strategy Deployment and developing processes.

He has 20+ years of experience of working with Indian, European and American enterprises. Jagdish is electrical engineer from Walchand College of Engineering Sangli and he is life time student.

Dr Kumar Bhagchandani

I am Dr.Kumar Bhagchandani, doctorate in human resource development and business management from (aim) Asian Institute of Management, affiliate of Harvard Business School, USA .

I possess extensive 45 years of industrial experience in business development from concept to completion of projects, relationship management, administration, people management, statistical analysis & reports, liaison, organizational activities along with effective communication are my favourite hobbies. In last 45 years of industrial working i gained immense experience in concept marketing, process development, promotional activities & brand building with the mood and the trend of the market.

As a hobby, i am in process of establishing NGO for nature care through Knowledge Cluster Pvt Ltd. Protection of nature, conservation of natural resources is the basic objective of this NGO

I am supporting Materialz Group in waste management through bio degradation process , bio-cng projects, and rdf as a substitute fuel for future. I am also keen to work on solar park development and automatic metering system using toi which has large scope for improvement in operational efficiency which will automatically lead to sustainable eco system.

Capable of translating Techno-Commercial functional experience for process initiatives involving implementation of Project, Development of New Vendors, Cost Savings & Quality Initiatives.
Extensive experience in development of sourcing strategies, encompassing vendor identification, development and analytical assessment, to strengthen supply chain effectiveness.
Self-driven, diligent and result focused with ability to excel under demanding work situations.
Effective Manager/Leader, trainer, and motivator with excellent written & communication skills.
